Otherwise, why would MVT&#39;s lawyer have given a $$$ amount of the fraud to the court? <br /><br />If they&#39;re suing over it and claiming fraud, it&#39;s probably a safe bet that it&#39;ll become a claim very shortly even if it wasn&#39;t at the time and since they knew about it, they should have reserved for it.<br /><br />But that&#39;s probably where we&#39;ll get to see if the new insurance commissioner is gonna be a real commissioner or just a bad joke like the last one was - Mississippi can not afford another one like the last one and we need to pray that Mike Chaney is the real deal! The numbers that day were for loans affected, which is not claims filed with MVT. After all, the policy states they will either pay you the amount of the policy or provide you with clear title. To that end, they want it back in state court, where there is a better chance of getting a judge to apportion the property.....thereby limiting the ultimate losses to be paid in claims by MVT. IF they had, alot of small businesses would not have been duped by the 2 remaining salespeople into paying for ads that would never exist in a phone book. <br /><br />Chris is still thinking he might do a website for Jackson. He states this is just bad publicity and that the bank actions will backfire on the banks.<br /><br />What these two need to do is be men and accept your punishment as men and own up to what you did.
